Vermin and Nausia are walking along the bank of the canal. Pungent has pulled a rusty bike from the water and explains how he will renovate it and travel the world 'fume free' and then talks of the damage it has done to the river. The bike tyre pops, making a great 'stink'. Pungent then tells them it is the smell of 'fresh air'. He then explains that toxins in the air that they breathe are making the smell. They sing a song - The Smelly Wind. They then agree they need to do something.
