Synopsis: This is episode is a follow on from the previous where war had just broken out (Second World War), where Neville Chamberlain had given way to Winston Churchill. A young Margaret Thatcher decides to volunteer in the Oxford University Conservative Association, where she meets a 'grotesque Churchill caricature', who signs an autograph for her. She also mentions good advice given from her father. This episode ends with Margaret Thatcher marrying Dennis Thatcher, and standing and getting in to parliament (1950s)
