Stolen Glances: Lesbians Take Photographs, edited by Tessa Boffin and Jean Fraser in 1991. This includes Tessa's contribution to Stolen Glances, the Knight's Move. The Knight's Move was a series of black and white photographs, where characters were placed in a tableaux. The characters are of lesbians, including the Knight: 'She used this work to investigate the paucity of lesbian role models, and the needs to appropriate historical fictions for our own ends' (Smyth, Cherry 1996: 'Dyke!
