Basil Braithwaite now agrees to give land for a school or institution (Technical Institute) of all that land situate and being in Church Street in Epsom in Surrey bounded on or towards the west or south west by Church Street on or towards the north west of land lately conveyed by the said Charles Nortington now accompanied by Epsom Public Hall Company Limited on or towards the north by a road-way leading from Church Street to the rear of the Terrace Station Road and on or towards the South East by the other land of Charles Nortington which piece or parcel of land having a frontage towards Church Street of 45 feet.
