Title | Letter from Claire Kitson, from Channel 4, to Bob Godfrey |
Description | Letters refers to Claire Kitson's response to the filmed animatic of episode one. She notes she likes the opening with Tony and Cherie Blair, and Hague as a boy getting pushed into the traffic.
She notes the storyboard seems too heavy with dialogue and not enough action, for example she states that with Margaret Thatcher writing the letter to Hitler that the funny bit is that she is trying to save the Rotarians, and the invitation to Hitler is not as funny.
She adds if Steve [Bell] is going to add more 'legacy stuff' than politicians then not to cut episode five as it is the best and funniest, but by making cuts in early episodes
She asks to confirm the schedule for the other five episodes
