Title | Letter from Claire Kitson, from Channel 4, to Bob Godfrey |
Description | Letter has thanks to Bob Godfrey and Steve Bell for producing the storyboards quickly
She mentions she likes the ending with Maggie dancing with Tony Blair and John Major with Hague running after, but suggests as it is so brief it should be reinforced with extra dialogue
In episode 5 she says that she agrees that Maggie's dancing of with General Pinochet [on a llama] in the end of episode 5 wouldn't make sense, and suggests another ending with Maggie falling out of her noose.
Timing is tight so minimal credits on episodes one to four
She requests in the scene where Margaret Thatcher is attacked by her party then not to let it get to violent because of pre-watershed, as the hanging sequence can't be 'instructional', and she also asks that if the newspaper says 'Daily Bollocks' to make it illegible
She confirms she has the money ready for the production |
